Final Fantasy Online Fan Kit

Square Enix has released a Final Fantasy Online fan site kit (official information). The download size is 264+mb, which should be plenty of material for most fan sites out there. The kit contains the title logo icons, guild symbols, characters, national flags, monsters, and other things. Square Enix says: “Fans are encouraged to use these graphics on personal sites, blogs, social networking sites and everywhere else on the web.”

You can download the first installment of the Final Fantasy Online fan kit by clicking here.

Below is an image with some quick, and random, examples of what can be found within the zip file. Everything within the Final Fantasy Online fan kit appears to have been seen before; however, having a central pre-prepared resource does make it fast and easy to make edits to your web site, forum posts, signatures, and wherever else you see fit to use the content.

According to the terms and conditions, you must add a disclaimer to the pages including files from the fan kit. Specifically: “FINAL FANTASY XIV ©2010 SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. FINAL FANTASY is a registered trademark of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. All material used under license”.

Benchmark Software
This benchmark software uses actual maps and characters to assign a score to your PC and rate its performance so you are prepared ahead of time. You cannot play Final Fantasy 14 with this, it is only to check your system requirements; it is still interesting. The software took a little while to download but nowhere near the length of a full installation at only 173mb. The choice was available to download it from Nvidia or Square-Enix. After downloading the file a simple installation process follows; it specifies Windows XP, Vista, or 7 in the requirements. For more information, and to download it, visit the official benchmark software page.
